Billing Questions

Panopta bills monthly on the anniversary of your signup date.  We will attempt to collect from your credit card that is kept securely on file.  Afterwards we will send you a paid invoice via email or notify you of problems collecting payment.

You can always view your current balance and unpaid invoices and make a real-time credit-card payment through the Billing section of the control panel.

You can upgrade to a full package by logging into your control panel account at https://my.panopta.com and first entering your payment information and then changing your package preference in the Billing section.  You will be instantly upgraded to your chosen package and can begin using the additional features.

We are convinced that you will never want to end your relationship with Panopta once you experience truly outstanding server monitoring, but should your decision change you can cancel by opening a ticket with our Billing Team.

We offer a 30 day free trial period that customers can use to try out our service. After the free trial period, refunds are not given. Cancellation can be requested at any time, and will be effective either immediately or upon the customer's next billing date. Either way, no refund for unused service will be provided.

Our pricing structure is arranged to give quantity discounts on the Intermediate and Advanced monitoring packages - customers with large numbers of services to monitor are advised to upgrade packages in order to take advantage of these discounts.

All accounts are on a monthly billing cycle - there are no long-term commitment discounts.
