• Integration Upgrades
  2010-07-19 — We've recently released new integration functionality, including a number of RSS feeds in our monitoring control panel as well as a full integration API. Now you can tie Panopta into the rest of your infrastructure in order to better streamline your operations.
• Response Time Alerts
  2009-09-07 — Our new response time alert functionality generates alerts whenever a service is responding slowly, another tool to help you catch and resolve problems before they impact your customers!
• Voice alerts now available
  2009-06-23 — Panopta now offers outage notification via voice alerts, in addition to SMS and email. To make sure you never miss an outage, you can now get a phone call with all the details about currently active outages.
• SharePoint Monitoring and Support
  2009-05-06 — We have partnered with Consejo, Inc. to provide a managed monitoring and support offering for SharePoint. See the press release for details.
• New Monitoring Locations
  2009-03-03 — We've just launched four new monitoring locations, in Los Angeles, Sydney, Stockholm and Paris. For full details, see our monitoring network page.
• Panopta exceeds 1 billion checks
  2009-01-15 — Earlier this morning, our system recorded the results of its one billionth check. It was a successful HTTP check performed by our Singapore location. We look forward to many more billion checks in the years to come!
• Monitoring Partner Programs Launched
  2008-09-08 — We're excited to launch three new partner programs to enable the service-provider community to resell Panopta's monitoring and outage management service. Information about the launch is available in the press release, as well as full details on the Partner Programs page.
• New monitoring nodes in North America, Europe and Asia
  2008-07-20 — We've just launched a number of new monitoring nodes to give our monitoring customers greater geographic coverage. New news are in Newark, NJ (just outside of New York city), Milan and Amsterdam in Europe, and Singapore and Hong Kong in Asia. For full details, see our monitoring network page.
• HostingCon 2008
  2008-07-15 — We'll be attending HostingCon 2008 here in our hometown of Chicago, from July 28-30. Let us know if you'll be attending, we'd love to meet with current or potential customers to discuss your monitoring and outage management needs, as well as swap stories from the trenches of the hosting industry!
• Parallels Summit
  2008-05-02 — We will be attending the Parallels Summit 2008 in Washington, D.C. on May 19-20. Look for us to discuss our monitoring service and upcoming partnership programs.
• Panopta exceeds 100 million checks
  2008-02-22 — Throughout our beta testing and production use thus far, our systems have completed more than 100 million service checks of our customer's systems. We look forward to performing many million more while we help ensure our customer's availability.
• New Monitoring Nodes
  2007-12-17 — Monitoring from Jacksonville, FL and Seattle, WA is now available, with more nodes coming soon in North America, Europe and Asia.
